I'm hosting my first ever IRL social mixer in Manchester for women & men in your 20s-30s ready to connect, let your hair down & have some fun.

Tiktok really pushed us out there and now I have hundreds of you signed up to join Manchester's hottest new social mixer, and I'm about to announce the theme. 👀

But first, I want to share a few words on why this even started.

I'm a TV writer, actor and producer (I've just got back from 3 months in LA). Whilst my work sounds exciting, I still struggle to meet new people. I'm in my 30s, single and a freelancer... so making new friends isn't always easy.

I also feel as a society we've become more disconnected than ever. Whilst 'online communities' help - I think getting back IN PERSON is the answer.

So for this IRL social mixer our event theme is... drumroll

CINEMA NIGHT & DJ - Monday 27th October 🍿

Expect party vibes, mingling & a cocktail or two combined with watching a cult classic film at a bar in central Manchester. Mixing those awkward chats with bonding over entertainment. As a screenwriter and producer, I think IRL cinema is dying out… so what better way to bring it back again.

(And hey, if you're single this could literally turn into a first date with a complete stranger... it beats Hinge IYKYK)

This will be an exclusive ticketed event. The ticket cost is to cover the venue hire. If you don’t manage to get involved this time, the plan is to put on more of these nights (on a Monday) if you all enjoy it!
